Roanna established Drama Republic with her long-term colleagues Greg Brenman and Jude Liknaitzky in 2013.  Most recently, Roanna executive-produced Sally Wainwright’s RIOT WOMEN for the BBC. At Drama Republic, Roanna has executive produced: One Day (Netflix, 2024), The Lovers (Sky, 2023), Life (BBC1, 2020), Pure (Channel 4, 2019), Wanderlust (BBC1/Netflix, 2018), two series of Doctor Foster (BBC1, 2015-17), My Mad Fat Diary (E4, 2013-15) and King Charles III (2014).

At Tiger Aspect, Roanna produced/executive produced: Coming Down the Mountain by Mark Haddon, Aftersun by David Nicholls, Royal Wedding by Abi Morgan; four series of Secret Diary of a Call Girl by Lucy Prebble, and two series of Prisoners’ Wives by Julie Gearey. As a script editor, Roanna’s credits include four series of Playing the Field by Kay Mellor, Births, Marriages and Deaths by Tony Grounds, White Girl by Abi Morgan, and the multi-BAFTA winning and Oscar-nominated feature film Billy Elliot.

Jude established Drama Republic with her long-term colleagues Greg Brenman and Roanna Benn in 2013. In 2024, Jude executive produced the BAFTA-nominated adaptation of David Nicholls’ bestseller ONE DAY by Nicole Taylor for Netflix.  At Drama Republic, Jude has also executive-produced The Irregulars (Netflix, 2021), Life (2020), Wanderlust (2018) and two series of Doctor Foster (2015-17).

Prior to Drama Republic, Jude worked across the industry for some of the UK’s top drama production companies, where she script edited and produced a wide range of shows. She joined the drama department at Tiger Aspect in 2009, where she was Head of Development and responsible for overseeing the entire slate of drama projects. While there she developed and executive produced the first two series of the award-winning My Mad Fat Diary by Tom Bidwell for E4.

Greg established Drama Republic with his long-term colleagues Roanna Benn and Jude Liknaitzky in 2013. Their first production was Hugo Blick’s The Honourable Woman, which Greg executive produced. At Drama Republic, Greg has executive produced Steal (2026), The English (2022), The Confessions of Frannie Langton (2021), Us (2020) Black Earth Rising (2019), King Charles III (2017) and An Inspector Calls (2015).

Before Drama Republic, Greg produced over 500 hours of popular and critically acclaimed TV drama with Tiger Aspect. From Peaky Blinders, Ripper Street, Prisoners Wives, and Robin Hood right through to Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Omagh, White Girl, Kid in the Corner, Low Winter Sun and the multi BAFTA-winning & Oscar-nominated Billy Elliot, Greg spearheaded an exciting range of commercial and critical successes. Through Drama Republic, Greg continues to produce and develop top quality drama for the UK and around the world.

Bella Wright qualified as a Solicitor at Mishcon De Reya 1998. She later practiced in the film & TV departments of Harbottle and Lewis and Addleshaw Goddard before joining the legal team at Tiger Aspect Productions Ltd, where she advised on innumerable projects during a decade of film and television development, production and distribution at Tiger, on such shows as Fortitude (Sky), Peaky Blinders (BBC), Ripper Street (Series 3).

She joined Drama Republic in December 2014 as Head of Legal and Business Affairs and in 2021 took on the role of Director of Commercial and Legal Affairs.

Kevin joined Drama Republic in October 2022 as the CFO to lead the finance function for the Company. Kevin previously worked at Tiger Aspect Productions as a Production Accountant, Financial Controller and Head of Finance. He has worked across various genres, including Drama, Comedy, Light Entertainment, Factual, Kids and Animation and Feature Films.

He has worked on multiple projects including Peaky Blinders (BBC), Fortitude (Sky), Ripper Street (BBC/Amazon), Vicar of Dibley (BBC), Mr Bean Animation (CITV) and Jack Whitehall Travels With My Father (Netflix).

Jonathan started his career as a freelance Assistant Director working on projects including Band of Gold, This is Personal: The Hunt for the Yorkshire Ripper, Sherlock, North Square, In a Land of Plenty, Bob & Rose, 24 Hour Party People, Blue Murder, Shameless and Mine all Mine.

Jonathan’s Line Producing experience includes Waterloo Road, Stella, Happy Valley, Scott & Bailey, The Five, Little Boy Blue, Diana & I, Years and Years and two series for Drama Republic, Wanderlust ​and The Irregulars.

At Drama Republic, Beccy sits at the heart of the company’s development slate as a Script Executive, with a passion for working closely with both new and emerging writing talent. Beccy’s credits for Drama Republic include An Inspector Calls (BBC1), Pure (Channel 4) and as Executive Producer, Steal (2026) The Lovers (Sky, 2023) and The Confessions of Frannie Langton (ITV, 2022).

Before joining Drama Republic Beccy produced/executive produced award-winning dramas including My Fragile Heart and Murder, both by Abi Morgan, and Family Business by Tony Grounds. She produced Tony Marchant’s Recovery, and co-produced single film Royal Wedding by Abi Morgan. Next was Secret Diary of a Call Girl for ITV 2, Me and My Monsters for CBBC and Tony Marchant’s Public Enemies for BBC One. Before moving on from Tiger Aspect, Beccy executive produced Prisoners’ Wives by Julie Gearey and Love and Marriage by Stewart Harcourt.

Emma started in the industry nearly 20 years ago as a Production Runner and since then has worked her way through the ranks of the Production department gaining credits on shows including Ashes to Ashes, Spooks, Lucky Man and Broadchurch.  She also has considerable international experience; working in Spain on White Lines, Belgium on Baptiste and Italy on Domina as well as handling US shows on UK soil, such as the London episode of Veep.

Emma joined Drama Republic in April 2024 after line producing the Netflix series Black Doves. She also has a 1st class degree in American Studies from the University of Manchester.

Steph joined Drama Republic in February 2026 as Financial Controller.

Steph began her TV career at Left Bank Pictures, where she spent five formative years and qualified as a Chartered Accountant during her time there. She then joined Story Films in the All3Media group as Financial Controller, leading the finance function. Following two and a half enjoyable years at Story, Steph worked at Box to Box Films for a year and a half before joining Drama Republic.

Maxine Fletcher qualified as a solicitor in 2018 completing her training with Tiger Aspect Productions and Wiggin LLP.  She has had 14 years-experience working within a TV legal environment, beginning her journey as a legal PA and studying part time to qualify as a media lawyer.

Maxine specialises in scripted television and has experience working on entertainment shows.  Whilst working at Tiger Aspect she worked on shows such as The Vicar of Dibley and King Gary for the BBC and the Jack Whitehalls Travels with My Father and Kevin Hart: The Impossible Tour for Netflix. She also has extensive experience working in brand licensing and IP protection working on brands such as Mr Bean and Charlie and Lola.

Maximillian Davey joined Drama Republic in August 2022 as Production Coordinator.

Maximillian kicked off his creative career at Goldsmiths University on the ‘Theatre and Performance’ course before training as an actor at Drama Centre London. He then worked in the Production Office at the Arcola Theatre before working for theatre producer Sonia Friedman.

At Sonia Friedman Productions he worked as a Production Secretary on several West End Theatre shows: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, The Book of Mormon, Olivier Award winning Leopoldstadt at the Wyndham’s Theatre, Rosmersholm at the Duke of York Theatre and Uncle Vanya at the Harold Pinter Theatre. He then assisted on the filming of Uncle Vanya released on BBC 2 by All3Media in 2021.

Prior to joining Drama Republic, Maximillian worked as the PA to Senior Management and Office Manager at Channel 4 News.

Graduated from University of Queen Mary, London in 2022 with an MSc in Accounting and Management.

Years of experience as an Accounts Assistant in the Production and TV/Entertainment industry at Fulwell 73 Limited, being involved in a range of television genres from scripted, unscripted, documentary, factual and live/entertainment. I have worked alongside leading talent, producers, directors and producers and production companies in the UK and US.

Assisted and supported on several fun, cutting edge and entertaining  productions: The Late Late Show with James Corden (CBS), Adele -One Night Only (CBS) and Stormzy- This is what I mean,(Prime Video), Captains of the World (Netflix) and Gavin & Stacey: The Finale 2024 (BBC).

Chloe joined Drama Republic in July 2019 and has since worked across multiple projects across the slate, finding exciting writers and working with them on new ideas and stories. More recently, Chloe worked as the Script Editor on One Day for Netflix.

Previous places of work include the Film, Theatre & TV Department at Curtis Brown, Sheil Land Associates, Sid Gentle Films, Peters, Fraser & Dunlop and the Edinburgh International Book Festival.

She has a B.A. from Durham University and a M.Phil. in Popular Literature from Trinity College, Dublin.

Deena joined Drama Republic in March 2020. She has since worked on a varied slate of projects across the development slate.  She recently script-edited Drama Republic’s upcoming heist series STEAL, written by S. A. Nikias for Amazon.

Deena previously worked at Soho Theatre as the Programme Assistant and in the books department of Curtis Brown as a literary agent’s assistant.

She graduated from Brown University in 2016 with a B.A in Philosophy.

Emma began her television career as a freelancer working in scripted and production departments with Hat Trick Productions (Flack), Heyday Television (The Capture), and NBCU/Amblin Television (Brave New World). She then joined Lookout Point where worked her way from Assistant Script Editor to Script Editor across a number of Sally Wainwright shows, including Last Tango in Halifax, Gentleman Jack and Happy Valley. She later worked at Hat Trick Mercurio as Senior Script Editor.

Emma joined Drama Republic in 2023 as Script Executive and Assistant Producer on Riot Women, before joining the development team full time in 2025.She holds a Diploma in Art and Design from Manchester School of Art and a BA (hons) in English Literature from the University of Warwick, where she had essays published in The Stanford University Undergraduate Journal and Film Matters.

Born and raised in Manchester, Emma is rarely without a cup of tea in hand.

Robyn joined Drama Republic in December 2022, first as the Personal Assistant to the CEOs and CCO before moving over to the development team. In development, she has worked across the slate on a range of projects, including adaptations and original ideas, collaborating with both established and emerging writers.

Currently, she is working as Script Editor on an upcoming Drama Republic production.

She previously worked in theatre, including the Royal Shakespeare Company, Donmar Warehouse and as Creative Coordinator at Tall Stories. She still loves regularly attending the theatre and taking an annual trip to the Edinburgh Fringe to scout out the most exciting new writing talent.

Robyn has a BA in English Literature from the University of Bristol and an MA from Drama Centre London.

Gilly joined Drama Republic in 2024 having previously worked as a literary manager’s assistant at 42MP.  Prior to this she was a development assistant at All3 Media’s Witchery Pictures.

She began her career working in research for crime documentaries with Peninsula Television and gained experience on productions with Element Pictures and Raw TV.

Gilly has a BA in English Literature and Sociology from University College Dublin.

Rosa Calcraft joined Drama Republic in June 2024 as the office runner, stepping up to Personal Assistant in October 2024. She trained as a performer at Sylvia Young Theatre School, before going on to study English at the University of Oxford, graduating in 2023.

Before joining Drama Republic, she worked as a freelance runner on commercials and music videos, as a script reader and as an office assistant.

Becca joined the Drama Republic team as the Office Runner in November 2023, before going on to join the Assistants team as Personal Assistant to the executives and then Senior Personal Assistant.

Graduating with a B.A (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Malta in 2019, Becca moved to the United Kingdom a few months later to make the leap into film and TV! Since then, she has worked across a variety of productions across film, commercials, unscripted, and her favourite- HETV!

Aleena Nabeel Mir joined Drama Republic in January 2026 as a Trainee Office Runner. She graduated in 2023 with a B.S. (Hons) in Media and Communication, majoring in Film Production, from the National University of Sciences and Technology in Pakistan, where she developed her creative skills through short films, podcasts and other creative projects.

Before pursuing film and television full-time, Aleena worked in marketing within the fintech sector and has since gained on-set experience as a day runner with Fremantle on Britain’s Got Talent. Now based in London, she is excited to build her career in high-end television drama, with a particular interest in moving into development.
